# Return & Exchange Policy

At Attar Farosh, every product is carefully checked and securely packed before dispatch. If you receive a damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect product, you may request a return subject to the following conditions:

## Return Eligibility

* The attar’s seal must be completely intact and unopened.
* A clear, continuous unboxing video without cuts, pauses, or edits is mandatory.
* The video must begin before opening the shipping package and clearly show the shipping label, packaging, product seal, and reported defect.
* The product must be unused and returned with its original packaging, labels, and accessories.
* Returns will be accepted only after verification and approval by our customer support team.

Returns will not be accepted if the seal has been opened or broken, the product has been used, or a complete unedited unboxing video is unavailable.

## No Exchange

We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances. Eligible cases will be processed as returns only.

## Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the approved refund will be processed to the original payment method. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Attar Farosh reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the conditions mentioned above.
